Auf Seiten des Mercosur nehmen Argentinien, Brasilien, Paraguay und Uruguay an den Gespr\u00e4chen teil, die in der Vergangenheit immer wieder ins Stocken gerieten. Ende Juni 2019 wurde nun eine Einigung getroffen.
